Well, Mack and I went to see her doctor for her ONE-YEAR well appointment and, as predicted, she's doing very well. She's very healthy and tracking ahead of schedule on walking and her vocalizations. She's officially "underweight" according to the statistics, but the pediatrician isn't overly concerned as she's still on the same curve she's always been on. As of this morning her measurements are:
- 19.59 pounds (25th percentile)
- 30.75 inches tall (95th percentile - she even commented on how tall she is)
- Head circumference is in the 90th percentile but I don't have the sheet with me so I can't give specifics
She continues to eat food we make for her but is doing well with eating fruit, cheerios, and pasta off her tray. We're going to work on adding more finger foods to the mix to help prepare her for a daycare in the new year.
We've looked at three daycares and have seen the full extreme - from a glorified babysitter to a miniature city and will be making a decision in the next week or so. Fingers crossed she does well with the transition!!!
That's about it on this side. Her birthday was lots of fun and we have a video of her not eating a cake that we'll post as soon as we load it onto the computer.
We hope you're all doing well!
